This fitness class will challenge your core, flexibility and endurance while doing ballet inspired movements.  Get a total body workout that will strengthen, lengthen and tone your body while using a ballet barre for support. Great for all fitness levels and no prior dance experience needed. Workout in socks or bare feet. Classes are Saturdays @ 11:15am
