This fitness class includes high intensity interval training, bootcamp, endurance, and crossfit style workouts geared toward using functional movements

Classes are held 
Monday Evenings 6:15-7pm 
Saturday Mornings 8:15-9am & 10 -10:45am

For Ages 13 and up

Kickbox Cardio + Core 
Basic Boxing techniques and drills based in HIIT (high intensity interval training) format. 
Designed to tone muscles, initiate fat burning, and heart health, along with mini core workout. 
500-600 calorie burn 


Classes are held
